Production process inside

Thanks to production division we can manage both the dynamic and flexible prototype production processes, and the standard and defined series production processes.

We can perform all production processes inside the company – this makes us the ideal partner for every multi-sectorial project. A project manager will be your technical partner every step of the way and a dedicated technician will coordinate and supervise the whole production process.

Engineering department

Our engineering department is always exploring new technologies. It is involved in the data development, the definition of the ply lamination and of the milling processes for composite and metal tools, and the manufacturing of 3D printed tools.
Workshop

We use 3-, 5- and 6-axis milling machines for CNC milling of composites, resins, foams and metal parts tools and parts. Working field up to 10m length both for prototype and series production.
Composite department

We offer highly technological know-how in the composite lamination process thanks to the professional skills of all our technicians. Our multi-sectorial experience guarantees our state-of-the-art performance in products and quality, always satisfying our customer requests.
Finishing department

Our experienced technicians successfully perform the finishing and structural bonding processes on composite and metal parts, preparing the final product to the testing activities and the delivery to the customer.
Quality control

Our qualified technicians perform dimensional and non-destructive tests using high technology machines and accurate visual inspection on the final parts to guarantee the full conformity of the product and the complete satisfaction of our customers.
